Ryan D. Alvarez, Esq. is an Associate at Dechert LLP. He advises on domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, complex real estate acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and financing matters. Ryan earned a B.A. in political science from Yale University and a J.D. from American University – Washington College of Law, where he was a Symposium Editor for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy and the Law. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ryan served as a Program Manager for AIDS Project New Haven providing nutritional services to homebound people living with HIV/AIDS, a life-changing experience that he considers the catalyst for his continued commitment to public service and local non-profit organizations.
